The Stars of the Show:
Meet our Equine Partners

Bella is a 12 year old Welsh Pony.
Just a little taller than she is wide, Bella is a great match for our younger or
smaller participants. Bella loves the kids and goes above & beyond to give
them a good ride. On loan from Tara & Eddie Malphrus, Bella joined
WALK ON in 2004.

Cowboy is a 7 year old Quarter Horse/Arabian.
Cowboy loves the attention he gets, and is sure to greet the guests with
a big "NEIGH!" each week. The personal horse of WALK ON founder
Eddie Malphrus, Cowboy is one of the original horses in the program.

Dakota is a 12 year old Paint Horse.
Originally on loan to the program, Dakota is a top-notch partner for our
independent riders. When his owners decided to sell him, the WALK ON
Board of Directors stepped to the plate and through donations
were able to give him a permanent home at the ranch in 2005.

GoGo is a 22 year old Tennessee Walking Horse.
The personal horse of Instructor and founder Tara Malphrus, GoGo is one of
the original program horses at WALK ON. She provides a challenge to
the riders as she is a "gaited" horse and marches to a different (hoof) beat.
